The problem
Most productivity "AI" lives in a separate app: you copy things in, copy answers out, and the actual work — the inbox, the calendar, the WhatsApp threads — still waits for you. An assistant that isn't wired into your real accounts isn't an assistant; it's another tab.
What we built
A personal AI assistant deployed into the owner's actual working environment:
- Google Workspace integration — the assistant reads, drafts, and organizes within Gmail and Calendar, acting inside the account rather than beside it.
- WhatsApp-based communication — the channel the owner already uses all day becomes the interface: instructions in, results and confirmations back.
- Workflow automation with memory and context — recurring daily tasks run on their own, with the assistant carrying context across days instead of starting from zero each prompt.
The outcome
A working AI employee for one person: the repetitive layer of the day — email triage, scheduling, routine messages — runs automatically, and the owner supervises by WhatsApp instead of doing the work by hand.
