Why we exist
We kept seeing the same gap: most “AI projects” stop at an impressive demo and never make it into real operations. Technagent starts exactly where those demos end. We connect AI to the real tools, data, and communication channels an organization already runs on — Google Workspace, WhatsApp, telephony systems, internal databases — so it handles actual workflows end to end, every day, without someone babysitting it.
Our mission: make practical, autonomous AI accessible to organizations and communities alike — building AI that does real work for businesses, while bringing AI literacy to educators, students, and the wider public so no one is left behind by the technology.
Our vision: a future where every organization has reliable AI agents handling its repetitive, high-volume work — and where advanced AI engineering is something delivered from Pakistan to the world, not just imported into it.
The name
Technagent is a coined name built from two deliberate ideas. Techna comes from the ancient Greek téchnē (τέχνη) — art, craft, skill, the knowledge of creating things; the same root behind technology and technique. Agent is the AI world's word for an intelligent entity that doesn't just answer, but acts — understanding goals, making decisions, and taking action autonomously.

That's why our tagline is “Crafting Intelligent Agents for the Future” — it isn't decoration; it's a literal statement of what the name means and what we do every day.

Founder & Lead AI Engineer
Saghir is an AI Solutions Specialist, Agentic AI Engineer, AI Trainer, and Web Developer. He combines hands-on AI delivery — agentic workflows, voice AI systems, and AI-driven automation — with extensive experience in HR, administration, and digital transformation. That combination is unusual and deliberate: he doesn't just build the agent, he understands the organization it has to fit into and the people who have to trust it.
Technagent keeps its founder visible as the lead engineer because, in AI consulting, a real, named expert is the strongest trust signal there is. Clients work directly with a certified engineer who has deployed projects standing behind the work.

The teaching work — AI training and agentic-AI education for educators, students, professionals, and communities — is Technagent Academy. And when organizations need enterprise AI consulting or custom development end to end, that's Technagent Solutions.
Three divisions, one craft — and one more thing that runs through all of it: we work globally in English and serve our community in Urdu, including a focus on Urdu-language voice AI and bilingual AI-literacy programs for the communities around us. Uplifting them isn't a side project; it's part of the mission.
