AI-Literacy Programs — AI for Educators, AI for All & Digital Ujala

AI Literacy & Training

The problem

AI adoption is arriving faster than AI understanding — and nowhere is that gap wider than outside the big-city tech bubble. Teachers are expected to guide students through a technology nobody trained them on; families hear the hype and the fear but not the practical reality; and English-only materials exclude exactly the learners who need them most.

What we built

A family of bilingual (English/Urdu), community-focused AI-literacy programs, each designed for its audience rather than translated at it:

  • AI for Educators — practical AI for school teachers: how to use it in teaching, learning, and everyday educational workflows, taught with real classroom scenarios.
  • AI for All — AI-awareness sessions for the general public in the Murree region, promoting responsible, realistic adoption.
  • Digital Ujala Program — digital literacy, AI awareness, communication skills, and technology confidence for underprivileged students.
  • School programs across grade levels — AI awareness and skill-development sessions supported by localized, bilingual learning materials built for rural Pakistani learning environments.

The outcome

Working AI literacy where it didn't exist before: educators who can use AI in their classrooms, students with genuine technology confidence, and communities that understand what AI can and can't do for them — in their own language.
